Eligibility

Dependent children of St. Louis County Police Association FOP member officers or professional staff are eligible to apply for an annual collegiate scholarship. Applicants must be currently attending or registered to attend a college, university, or trade school for the upcoming semester. Receiving a scholarship does not prevent a student from applying in subsequent years—students may apply each year they are enrolled.

Scholarships Available

  • Three $5,000 Scholarships

Awarded in honor of Detective Antonio Valentine.

  • Ten $1,000 Scholarships

    Available to other qualifying applicants.
